Drink to Your Health: How to Make Healing Golden Milk

Some days call for a comforting drink to soothe your nerves but, before you reach for the wine, try giving your liver the night off and opting for a cup of golden milk or “turmeric tea” as it’s sometimes known. Like ghee, it’s been used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine for centuries, and renowned as a healing beverage with anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp 52 Fields Organic Ghee
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp dried ginger
Raw honey to sweeten
Pinch of sea salt
Cracked pepper
